• Emergency Disclosure: For imminent risk of death or serious harm, email leo@ychatsocial.com with "Emergency Disclosure Request" in the subject and include a sworn statement of the emergency and requested data.
• User Notice: We notify users prior to disclosure unless prohibited by law or there is risk of harm or evidence destruction.
• Preservation Requests: We will take reasonable steps to preserve account records for 90 days upon receipt of a valid preservation request, renewable once.
