• Virtual Tokens & Gems. All Tokens & Gems purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in documented cases of unauthorized use. Tokens & Gems have no cash value, are entertainment-only, non-redeemable, and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or transferred outside the Service.
• Subscriptions. Cancel anytime. Fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts; access continues until the period ends. Statutory withdrawal rights (e.g., EU digital content rules) apply where available if you have not requested immediate performance.
• Unauthorized Charges Fraud. Report within 14 days of the charge. We may temporarily restrict access while we investigate.
• Goodwill. We may grant one-time goodwill refunds at our discretion.
• Request Process. Email billing@ychatsocial.com with order ID, account email, and reason. We respond within 2–5 business days.

• الاشتراكات: يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت. الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء دورة الفوترة؛ ويستمر الوصول حتى نهاية الدورة. تُحترم الحقوق القانونية للانسحاب (مثل قواعد المحتوى الرقمي في الاتحاد الأوروبي) حيثما وُجدت إذا لم تطلب بدء الخدمة فورًا.
• الرسوم غير المصرّح بها والاحتيال: أبلغ خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الخصم. قد نقيّد الوصول مؤقتًا ريثما يتم التحقيق.
• بادرة حسن النية: قد نمنح استردادًا لمرة واحدة وفق تقديرنا.
• إجراءات الطلب: راسل billing@ychatsocial.com مع رقم الطلب وبريد الحساب والسبب. سيتم الرد خلال 2–5 أيام عمل.
