• Access Keys. API access requires registration and an API key bound to your account.
• Permitted Use. Build integrations that respect user choice and only access data the user authorized. Cache only as allowed in docs; delete cached data within 48 hours if access is revoked.
• Restrictions. No scraping/circumvention; no special-category or children’s data collection; no profiling for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or medical decisions; no resale/sublicensing of API.
• Security. Store secrets securely; use TLS; implement least-privilege; report breaches within 72 hours to security@ychatsocial.com and notify impacted users as required by law.
• Rate Limits Fair Use. Respect quotas and backoff; do not overload our systems. We may throttle or suspend.
• Data Subject Rights. You must honor deletion/export requests within lawful timelines and propagate them to your subprocessors.
• Compliance Audit. Keep records of processing; upon notice, cooperate with compliance checks.
• Termination. We may suspend or terminate API access at any time. Upon termination, delete all YChat data in your possession.

• الأمن: حفظ الأسرار بأمان؛ استخدام TLS؛ أقل الصلاحيات؛ الإبلاغ عن الاختراق خلال 72 ساعة إلى security@ychatsocial.com وإخطار المتأثرين حسب القانون.
• حدود المعدّل والاستخدام العادل: احترام الحصص والتراجع التدريجي؛ عدم تحميل أنظمتنا فوق طاقتها. قد نقوم بالتقييد أو الإيقاف.
• حقوق أصحاب البيانات: تنفيذ طلبات الحذف/التصدير ضمن المدد القانونية وتمريرها إلى المعالِجين الفرعيين لديك.
• الامتثال والتدقيق: حفظ سجلات المعالجة والتعاون عند طلب المراجعة.
• الإنهاء: يجوز لنا تعليق/إنهاء الوصول في أي وقت. عند الإنهاء يجب حذف جميع بيانات واي شات الموجودة بحوزتك.
