• Nature of Tokens & Gems: Tokens and Gems are limited, non-transferable, revocable, personal, and licensed digital items for use only within YChat (primarily in games and interactive features). They are not legal tender, e-money, stored value, a deposit, or a security, have no cash value, are non-redeemable, and the platform provides no withdrawal or cash-out functionality.
• Acquisition Pricing: We may change bundle sizes, pricing, promotions, and in-app consumption values at any time. Taxes may apply.
• Use Redemption: Tokens and Gems can be consumed for eligible in-app features (e.g., boosts, gifts, cosmetic “support” interactions). “Gifts” are entertainment-only and are not donations, tips, or money transfers. Consumable items are non-refundable once used.
• Transfers: You may not sell, barter, or transfer Tokens or Gems outside YChat. We may void balances obtained via fraud or policy breaches.
• Expiration Forfeiture: Tokens and Gems do not expire while your account remains active; inactive or closed accounts may forfeit balances as permitted by law.
• Chargebacks Fraud: If a purchase is charged back or deemed fraudulent, we may deduct Tokens/Gems or negative-balance your account, revoke items, and suspend access.
• ماهية الرموز والجواهر: رموز وجواهر رقمية مرخّصة، شخصية، محدودة، قابلة للإلغاء، للاستخدام داخل واي شات فقط (وخاصة في الألعاب والميزات التفاعلية). ليست نقودًا أو نقودًا إلكترونية أو قيمة مُخزّنة أو وديعة أو ورقة مالية، ولا تملك قيمة نقدية، وغير قابلة للاسترداد نقدًا، والمنصّة لا توفّر وظيفة السحب أو الصرف النقدي.
• الشراء والتسعير: قد نغيّر أحجام الباقات والأسعار والعروض وقيم الاستهلاك داخل التطبيق في أي وقت. قد تُطبّق الضرائب.
• الاستخدام والاستهلاك: تُستهلك الرموز والجواهر لميزات داخل التطبيق (مثل التعزيزات والهدايا وميزات الدعم ذات الطابع الترفيهي). «الهدايا» ترفيهية فقط وليست تبرعات ولا إكراميات ولا تحويلات مالية. العناصر المُستهلكة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد استخدامها.
• التحويل: يُحظر بيع/مقايضة/تحويل الرموز أو الجواهر خارج واي شات. قد نُلغي الأرصدة المُتحصّل عليها بطرق مخالِفة.
• الانتهاء والمصادرة: لا تنتهي الرموز والجواهر ما دام الحساب نشطًا؛ وقد تُصادَر أرصدة الحسابات الخاملة/المغلقة وفق القانون.
• الاعتراضات والاحتيال: عند الاعتراضات البنكية أو الاحتيال، يجوز لنا خصم الأرصدة أو وضع رصيد سلبي وإلغاء العناصر وتعليق الوصول.
